採用無分光鏡設計,無論是雷射源或是拉曼訊號皆可百分之百利用。雙雷射邊緣鏡的設計更能讓拉曼訊號加倍清晰,最低偵測範圍可達60cm-1以下。整機系統切換全部由軟體控制。
全自動3D共軛焦拉曼影像
配備高解析度自動樣品載台,XY方向移動可達50nm,Z方向移動可達10nm。搭配專屬的UniSCAN掃描軟體,細微樣品的拉曼光譜影像亦可清晰呈現。
高度擴充能力
